EF Report

A well-supported net showed a good coverage of the region from the East coast and across to Bury St Edmunds, up the coast to Lowestoft and inland as far as the Sudbury area.
The repeater performed flawlessly despite the continuous barrage it received from stations calling in. Many thanks to the keeper G0OZS Iain and South Anglia Repeater Group for keeping EF alive.

GP3PO

We will be going to the repeaters site on Saturday 7th to swap out GB3PO.
During the day there will be several outages of IH, MK and PO while we do testing with PO having the longest downtime.
Work will be between 10am and 4pm.
Announcement will be made before each shutdown and reactivation.

Many Thanks for your continued support.

GB3EF

GB3EF is now back online after a rx problem.

“I have installed a heater in the RX module which warms the case by about 10 degrees C above the room,
- just waiting for silica gel bags to bake dry before going back”
“So looks like case sides are about 5 - 10 deg above room temp” (G0OZS)

This was done over the Christmas and New Year.
Messages of thanks have been received to Iain for his hard work and dedication to S.A.R.G.

If you wish to donate to the upkeep of the groups repeaters take a look here for more information.
